Dr Ng Wee Tong

Dr Ng Wee Tong is a specialist in Occupational and Aviation Medicine, registered with the Ministry of Health.  He is also a Designated Workplace Doctor registered with the Ministry of Manpower.  He has been a practicing doctor for over twenty years, with extensive experience in human factors systems and occupational health programmes.  He has been awarded the Gold Medal by the Society of Occupational Medicine in 2005, Commendation Letters by the SAF for his work during the 1998 Taiwan Earthquake and the 2003 SARS pandemic, as well as the United Nations UNTAET Medal in 2001.

His interest areas include pandemic response, workplace ergonomic programmes, fatigue management programmes and return to work initiatives.  He is also an Associate Lecturer with the University of Social Sciences and an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health. 

Katherine Koh

Ms Katherine Koh graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology (Hons). She also has a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the University Of Leicester, UK and holds a Specialist Certificate in Workplace Counselling and Conflict Management from the ACC School of Counselling and Psychology. Katherine is also a Singapore Health Promotion Board (HPB) certified Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Consultant and a HPB certified smoking cessation counselor. In 2012, Katherine joined ST Healthcare in Singapore as an occupational psychologist.


In her work, she has helped to manage, design and implement numerous workplace health promotion programmes and initiatives across a multitude of industries. These include mental wellness programmes, smoking cessation initiatives, weight management programmes, and health coaching.

Cheng Chin Yi

Ms Cheng Chin Yi holds a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the University Of Leicester, UK. She has been a practitioner of organisational psychology in the areas of training design and delivery, human factors, organisational diagnosis and support, and talent assessment and selection. She has designed and conducted numerous training activities in the areas of resilience, mental performance, team building, performance management and human factors. She is certified in Human Factors in Accident Investigation by the Southern California Safety Institute and has 13 years of experience in the conduct of accident investigation and human factors education.


She is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc and has provided psychological support in various accidents and incidents. Additionally, she is also an adjunct lecturer in the University of Social Sciences.
